Outfitted with the lastest A2 dual flip-up sights and lightweight aircraft quality aluminum receivers, the Bushmaster A2 Patrolman Carbine is a machine. The barrel and all steel parts are manganese phosphate coated for extra protection against rust and corrosion, and the barrel is also chrome lined for added accuracy. The receivers include all M16A2 design improvements, including a cartridge case deflector. This Bushmaster is permanently fitted with a izzy flash suppressor and is shipped in a lockable hard plastic case.

This is an excellent firearm for someone who wants a defensive weapon. It is easy to collapse for CQB, lite enough to carry all day, and dependable enough to rely on in heated situations. It is easy to clean and nearly indestructable. It is easy to make less than 2 inche groups at 200 yards with practice and recoil is nominal.

A fine piece of workmanship plus its reputation. I am anxious to take it to our club range and sight it in precisely.
I have field stripped it a few times to familiarize myself with it and cleaned it as per recommended by the Bushmaster company.
